Prime Group Australasia (PGA) is a group of companies that work together to deliver mixed-use apartment hotels Australia-wide, to support the work of Central Apartment Group.

The first of the Prime companies was established by Sid Knell, CEO, in 1989 and has since grown and expanded to match the demands of the Australian and international markets. PGA is focused on providing quality accommodation, personalised service in superior locations. This long-term commitment to landlords, investors and owner-occupiers is achieved by managing every step of the process from site selection, design, property development sale of properties and hotel setup and operations, and, of course, meeting or exceeding the expectations of our Owner/Investor clients who are our Landlords.

Central Apartment Group Australasia (CAGA) is focused on its always striving to meet and exceed our Landlords’ expectations. CAGA provides services to those investors who wish to take up rental guarantees. This long-term commitment to landlords, investors and owner-occupiers is achieved by managing every step of the process from design, property development to settlement and ongoing management.

Central Apartment Group (CAG) is a member company of Prime Group Australasia. CAG specialises in the management and operation of 4 STAR apartment hotels across Australia. We focus on direct client acquisition, market development and sales channel management to attract the right clients, guests and markets and to achieve sustainable high occupancy and rate. CAG’s commitment to guests and clients ensures satisfied customers and repeat business. CAG currently operates apartment hotels in Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria and Western Australia.

Centro Bar & Grill caters for relaxing casual dining. Our aim is to offer people space where they can relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. You will find our simple and comfortable approach to food and drinks is exactly what you are looking for. Patrons can select from a wide variety of options at various locations throughout the group.

Central Furniture Group

Central Furniture Group (CFG) is a member company of Prime Group Australasia. CFG specialises in the sourcing of stylish and elegant furniture both internationally and locally. The furniture is ideal for the accommodation industry, designed to meet the needs of apartment hotels, full-service hotels, motels and resorts. CFG supplies full furniture packages, refurbishments and individual furnishings. All furniture is of a commercial grade that is hard-wearing – yet attractive. CFG furniture meets all Australian standards and complies with the “AAA” requirements. The benefits to owner-occupiers, investors and landlords are that furniture and furnishings can either be purchased, replaced or leased at attractive prices.
